With Ocado emails we all work together to bring a little joy to the customer's inbox, be it through new small suppliers to try out, or new ingredients and recipes. Our email work is dynamically tailored to our customers so I can design emails for meat eaters, vegetarians, and everyone in between.
All my designs are translated into mobile by slicing in half or scaling down. We tackle dark mode by avoiding particular colour combinations and button placements and in doing so continue to hit AAA standards of accessibility.
